Property Summary

The Property Summary screen it lists all the current tax accounts (individual tax years and certificates) against the property. The screen displays current information on the property, its property description, property owner information, Current Values and Exemptions, Taxes and Fees Levied and Payment History.

The top section display includes all the tax accounts associated with the property, which includes current and delinquent taxes and certificates. When a tax account becomes a certificate there will be two separate entries. The first entry will show the year, tax account number, certificate sold, and the date of the certificate sale. The second entry will show the certificate number such as C00000012, the year the certificate was sold, Paid or Unpaid status, and either a paid or unpaid amount with a date.

From the Property Summary screen if you hit the Tax Bill button you will go Property Account Bill screen to view the actual tax bill for that year.
